WHAT TO EXPECT IMMEDIATELY AFTER TREATMENT:
You may be red for 8-12 hours following the procedure. Topical aloe vera can help reduce redness.
Use Hyaluronic Acid topically throughout the day if you feel dry and before bed tonight.
Avoid putting anything else on the skin for the rest of the day: makeup, facial cleanser, oils, etc. You can wash your face with just warm water before bed.
After treatment, avoid exercise for the rest of the day. Sweat can irritate the open channels on the face.
After treatment, avoid sun exposure for the rest of the day. Use mineral sunscreen daily for at least 7 days following the microneedling.
You can return to your normal facial routine tomorrow. Facial products will have a much high absorption rate the week following microneedling treatment.
It takes 2 weeks to fully see results from treatment.
You must wait 4 weeks before repeating treatment. However, nano-treatments may be done weekly to speed up and increase results.
